Our Online Fleet Assessment is comprised of a series of statements about policies, procedures and practices. Simply choose the ones that best describe your organization, and your responses will help identify your greatest opportunities for improvement. The assessment utilizes both qualitative and quantitative descriptions to assign scores to 40 specific attributes. Those 40 attributes are distributed between 8 Pillars of an effective organization. It is estimated that you will need approximately 4 hours to provide thoughtful responses to these scores. We recommend that you take this assessment as a team of company representatives and compare corporate knowledge of the areas covered in the assessment.
