The online assessment is comprised of a series of statements about policies, procedures and practices. You choose the ones that best describe your organization. Your responses will be used to evaluate your current state of LEAN. The assessment utilizes both qualitative and quantitative descriptions to assign scores to 36 specific attributes of a LEAN organization. Those 36 attributes are distributed between 7 Pillars of an effective organization. |
