High Performance Lean Enterprise Assessment
Our high performance Lean Assessment is a multi-faceted approach to understanding gaps, creating a clear and concise roadmap for implementation and to build the case and consensus for change. Our assessment process includes interviews and observations, value stream mapping as well as space, data, and waste analysis. Our assessment output ranks an organization based on 7 key lean pillars and approximately 40 attributes.
Our assessment process drives out the gaps between the current state and world-class and allows an accurate lean assessment of our clients' current business methods and highlights the lean opportunities. An implementation roadmap, resource requirements and ROI are a deliverable of all assessments.
Online Lean Assessment
The Online Lean Assessment is comprised of a series of statements about policies, procedures and practices. The user chooses the ones that best describe their view of their organization. The responses will be used to evaluate the current state of LEAN.
The assessment utilizes both qualitative and quantitative descriptions to assign scores to 36 specific attributes of a LEAN organization. Those 36 attributes are distributed between 7 Pillars of an effective organization.
