Our assessment process includes interviews and observations, value stream mapping as well as space, data, and waste analysis. Our assessment output ranks an organization based on 7 key lean pillars and approximately 40 attributes.
Our assessment process drives out the gaps between the current state and world-class and allows an accurate lean assessment of our clients' current business methods and highlights the lean opportunities. An implementation roadmap, resource requirements and ROI are a deliverable of all assessments.
